Tinted - Coloured clear acrylic. Available in several colours, sheet
only (3mm or 4.5mm thick)
Opal - White translucent acrylic, available in different levels of
light transmission, sheet only (3, 4.5 or 6 mm thick)
Mirror - Available in sheet only, 3mm thick
Prismatic - Clear with a texture on one side. Available in sheet
only (3mm or 4.5mm thick)
High impact - 50 times the impact strength of glass. Sheet only.

General properties:

Acrylic is 1/2 the weight
of glass but has 7 times greater resistance to breakage
High optical clarity - 93% of light transmission
Higher thermal expansion rate than glass, so an expansion clearance
should be allowed for
Excellent weatherability with very good UV & IR resistance
and temperature range of -200°C to 70°C
Good chemical resistance, except for solvents
Very low water absorption
Suitable for food contact
