Types:

Fabric or Canvas - Phenolic resin reinforced with fabric.
Paper - Phenolic resin reinforced with fabric.
A wide range of grades are available within these two groups, depending
on the type of fabric or paper used, The common grades are F3 for fabric
and P1 for paper.

General properties:
|
• Excellent electrical insulation properties
• Resistant to corrosion
• Mechanically strong, tough and wear resistant
• Continuous operating temperature range of less than -100 to above
90°C
• Very good wear resistance
• Low moisture absorption; water acts as a lubricant for some grades
